Read MoreAs recreational divers, we are taught to stick within our limits, to watch our depth and time and to come up just completing a safety stop. Decompression diving goes against this, teaching divers to push their limits. to plan dives where they will go into decompression and to make extra decompression stops on the way to the surface. Although a little more tricky, decompression diving is not as dangerous as you think. You just need to plan your dive and dive your plan!
